Terms of service
Shopify Hiring Signals is provided by ALGD LTD, 121 Glencam Road, Omagh, Tyrone, BT79 7HB, United Kingdom (company number NI744090), contact support@signals.algd.store. By subscribing or using an API key you agree to these terms.
Service. A subscription gives one organisation an API key to download the feeds published at https://signals.algd.store/feeds while the subscription is active. Rows are compiled from public job postings and public storefronts and classified automatically; we state measured accuracy on the front page and do not warrant that any individual row is correct. You may use the data inside your organisation and in your own products; you may not resell or republish the feed as a dataset.
Billing. £39 per month, charged by Stripe on the day you subscribe and monthly thereafter. Cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period paid for. A failed payment is retried for 7 days with notice, after which the key stops working.
Availability and liability. The service is provided "as is". We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we exclude liability for consequential loss.
Changes. We may change these terms; material changes are announced by email to the subscription address.
Governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
Privacy policy
What we store about you. The email address and Stripe customer and subscription identifiers from your checkout, a hash of your API key, and the dates your key was used. Payment details are held by Stripe and never reach our servers.
What the feed contains. Company names, job titles, public job-posting URLs and public storefront facts. No candidate names, no recruiter emails, no personal data about individuals.
Where data lives. On our application server (Fly.io, London region, single machine and volume). Backups age out in 7 days.
Retention and deletion. Your account record is kept while the subscription is open and deleted 30 days after cancellation on request to support@signals.algd.store.
Sub-processors. Fly.io (hosting). Stripe, Inc. (payments). No analytics, no advertising cookies; the site sets no cookies at all.
Refunds
If the feed does not do what this site says it does, email support@signals.algd.store within 14 days of a charge and we refund that charge in full — no forms, no conditions beyond telling us what was wrong. If the feed is unavailable for more than 48 hours in a month through our fault, that month is refunded pro rata. Refunds go back to the card charged, through Stripe.
After the 14-day window, cancel at any time and keep access to the end of the period you have paid for.
